Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

Chelabot ("we", "our", or "us") is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and business automation platform providing AI image generation, Facebook Ads setup, and WhatsApp lead integration tools. Because our services are entirely digital and activated instantly upon purchase, our return and refund policy is governed by the following terms.

2. Refund Eligibility

We value customer satisfaction. You may request a refund under the following specific circumstances:

• Technical Failure: If payment was successfully processed from your account, but the subscription or AI credits were not credited to your account, and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
• Double Charging: If a technical glitch resulted in duplicate charges for a single subscription plan.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Once a subscription plan is purchased and you have started utilizing the AI image generation or automation tools.
• Issues arising from changes in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or WhatsApp API policies, platform account bans, or ad rejections by third-party platforms.
• Change of mind or if you no longer wish to use the Chelabot application after activation.

4. Refund Request Process

If you are eligible for a refund under valid grounds (as outlined in Section 2), you must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of your purchase. Please include the following details in your request:

• Your registered mobile number and email ID
• Payment transaction ID or receipt
• Detailed description of the issue (including screenshots if applicable)

5. Processing Time

If your refund request is approved by our team, the refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 working days.
